Summary: A conversation between Skinner and Doggett
Disclaimer: These characters belong to Chris Carter and
1013. They don't belong to me besides the only one I'd
want to claim is Mulder anyway but, he belongs to the
gorgeous and talented David Duchovny so that can't happen
either.

get flames for this but, I had too much fun writing this to care.
Author's Notes: Please come back. I know the name Doggett
scares some people off me included, hypocritical of me to ask
you to read this I know. But please read this one I think you
might like it or maybe not just please give it a chance.

" Sir Agent Doggett is here and he says that it is very important
that he speak with you."
" Send him in. "

" AD Skinner "
" Agent Doggett, you needed to speak with me? "
" Yes sir, I do."
" Well get on with it Agent, I have other things that need my
immediate attention."
" Why has Agent Scully been sent on a case without me Sir? "
" Agent Scully isn't exactly on a case Agent Doggett. "
" What do you mean by not exactly a case? "
" A matter concerning a case that I needed her to pursue."
" Shouldn't I be on this case also Sir? I am her partner."
" You're assistance to Agent Scully in this capacity is an unneeded
and unwanted liability Agent Doggett."
" Sir, with all due respect here. I believe that it is against
policy for an agent to be in the field without proper backup."
" Like I said earlier she isn't exactly on a case and, beside
that fact, she does have another agent with her."
" Who? "
" Who the agent she is with right now is, need not be a concern of
yours Agent."
" I think I have the right to know where she is and who she is
working with. I have been assigned to be her partner after all."
" I question the accuracy of that statement Agent Doggett."
" Just what do you mean by that AD Skinner."
" I don't believe you were assigned to the X-Files. I think you
were planted there by DD Kersh and whomever it is that he
answers to. To stall or completely throw off the search for
Agent Mulder."
" You have got to be kidding me. Have I not shown you that I can
be trus..."
" AGENT DOGGETT OR WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU ARE,
THE LIES STOP NOW. Agent Scully and I were approached by
an acquaintance of yours and she brought some very interesting
information to our attention.
" What acquaintance and what kind of information? I don't know what
the hell you are talking about."
" I believe she said she was your soon to be ex-wife. Before you go
into a meaningless diatribe saying she can't be trusted because she
hates you or any other such bullshit. You seemed to have found her
trustworthy enough to leave these files with her. I checked
these out myself and sure enough they're legit."
" Files can be forged Sir."
" Funny you should mention that being that YOU forged the medical
file on the terminal brain ailment of Agent Mulder's."
" These accusations are groundless you have no proof."
" The original medical records are in this file Agent Doggett.
It seems as though Mulder was seeing a doctor for headaches
that much was true but, seeing the results of this CT Scan shows
that nothing serious was found and the doctor diagnosed Mulder
as having Migraines."
" I had nothing to do with anything that you are referring to and I
would appreciate it if you could stop throwing accusations at my
face Sir."
" I had the handwriting in this file analyzed with somethings that
Agent Scully has personally witnessed you write. And the analyst
found that all samples were written by the same person."
" Those accusations are ludicrous I would never sabotage my own
investigation. I think you are getting so desperate to find Mulder
that you're seeing things in those files that are obviously
not there. Does Agent Scully believe what you are insinuating
Sir? "
" She certainly does and she found additional things in this
file that needed to be investigated as soon as possible.
In fact that's what she's doing as we speak."
" What exactly is she investigating if you don't mind me asking? "
" Actually the investigation part is over. It seems that from what
we found in this file of yours lead Scully right to Mulder.

Additional Notes: I was sick and tired of all the fics that have
everyone saying what a great person and agent Doggett is. So
I had to write this. I have nothing personal against RP I just
can't stand Doggett. Okay I said what I had to now let the
flames begin.
